Mega Altaria

My entry for `s Mega Evolution Contest.   
It drops Flying type and gains Fairy instead because... well, Altaria`s just too cute not to be Fairy. ^^ It gets wings and a tail that allow for faster flight and better manouvering and also making it look like an actual dragon; she`s supposed to be one after all. Through Mega Evolving it would gain a boost in both offense and speed enabling it to step out of its usual defensive role and attack effectively.
Ability gained: Speed Boost
Base stats:
    HP: 110
    Attack: 70
    Defense: 100
    Special Attack: 105
    Special Defense: 110
    Speed: 95
EDIT: I chose Altaria for my entry because it`s my wife`s favorite pokemon but she`s pretty unsatisfied with the official design of its mega evolution.
